The location is perfect, just a short walk to the cathedral and shops. Parking was difficult due to pedestrian areas.

hotel is recently renovated, it's very clean, spacious, nice and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, comfortable bed, big TV, free wifi and possibility to order Telepizza in the room. Rich and varied breakfast, lots of teas and different kinds of milk. good location if you want to visit the cathedral and shopping streets of the centre.
Very uncomfortable parking for long cars, only for small cars...arranged parking nearby but then you have to walk around with suitcases (and bad weather...). You can unload at the door, they have a small reserved area but if it is occupied as we did, you cannot stay in the second row (very narrow street). Uncomfortable pillows, either too high or too low. Cold in the room. If you sleep with the heating on it makes noise.

Absolutely stunning views, appreciated quiet and top setting.
The entire hotel was reasonably clean and the room was great value for money and a nice size. The room was very quiet, comfortable bed. A cosmetic mirror and heated towel rails were very handy. Location: the property was not far from the centrum, taxi rank and Plaza de las Flores and Cathedral. It also was very near to many lovely restaurants.

The breakfast was absolutley terrible, the same sad scrambled eggs, and they might have served me cardboard for sausage. Just one towel for two! I would have thought a room change could have been arranged, but no, just treated like everyone else. Why even bother looking nice outside if the inside is so disappointing?

Location, in the heart of the city, 2 minutes walk from the cathedral and 5 minutes from the bar area. I came down to say that the room was cold due to a failure in the heat pump, not only did they come up right away to reconfigure the control, they also put a blanket on us in case we were cold at night. In general the reception staff was very friendly.
When we arrived the heat pump was not working well as the remote control had been disconnected and only hot air was coming out. We told the reception and they went upstairs to set it up properly. The bad thing is that as soon as you turned it off, the room froze, so we couldn't turn it off for a single minute over the weekend to maintain the temperature of the room. When we went to take a shower, the hot water took too long to come out, with the unnecessary waste of water that that entails.

It is a very central hotel, few meters from the town hall square and cathedral, access by car is relatively easy and they offer you their own parking exempt from the building and another public with an agreement that is the same price. common areas are not very spacious but they are cosy and comfortable, reception staff is pleasant and efficient. room has the characteristics of a three star hotel and is very reasonably priced given its great location. It has everything you need for a comfortable night. I asked for only one bed but they gave me two, bed is comfortable but a bit small. bathroom is very spacious and comfortable and has everything you need for this type of hotel even some superior. room was a bit small especially because of the distance from the bed to the wall, person of certain complexion may have difficulty going to the closet. views to the inner courtyard are not very good but not a problem either. room is quite noisy as you can hear a lot of what is going on in the corridor.

It is a modern and completely new hotel located in the heart of the city so it is perfect for tourism. It also has parking nearby for an extra 15 ? per day. But without a doubt, for me the most positive evaluation is received by the room. The beds are very comfortable and are prepared with double pillows, which I think is a total success because we always use them, and in other accommodations we have to demand it. The bathroom is also a positive aspect to highlight, since the shower has a full screen and an adjustable towel warmer, which allows them to be hot to the terminal shower or even dry them if you want to use them more than once during the same day. As extra important from our point of view we highlight that it has SmartTV, being able to see Netflix in the moments we were in the room. The staff is very friendly and willing to help, and in addition at the reception during the day they always have water, lemonade and sweets available for guests.
Unfortunately, my rating is not a ten for the soundproofing between rooms, since you could hear absolutely everything from one room to another and from the upper floor. In the next room they turned on the TV at 7:45 and we woke up startled because it sounded like our room. Similarly, cleaning service began their work on the upper floor, we listened in detail even as they moved the hangers in the cupboards. It's a pity, because the hotel is carpeted and noise of footsteps and suitcases is totally muffled, rest is not, it detracts from our rest, especially in the mornings.

We've been to this hotel before. The location is PERFECT for enjoying the city of Murcia on foot, although you shouldn't expect to be able to park close by. Although the hotel building is already a few years old, the latest renovation makes it almost impossible to perceive the passage of time except for one thing: the size and "cut" of the rooms. The various events of the weekend in which we stayed shot up the prices throughout Murcia and, this time, we decided to pay a little more and stay in a Junior Suite. Normally we would never pay so much per night but the "whim" was worth it because the room, although smaller than other suites, is MUCH bigger than the rest of the hotel rooms and, being on the top floor, there is plenty of natural light, unlike other "normal" rooms in this hotel. We also liked that there were two large televisions; one in the living room and one in the bedroom, although the one in the bedroom forces you to turn your head quite uncomfortably; especially if you watch a movie or any other long-lasting event.
The "hyperspeed" of the elevator. Normally, going up to a third or fourth floor is slow. But to go up and down from the 7th floor you have to be patient. A lot of patience.
